ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, Inc vs. New Partners Partner Mortgage Co., Case No 1:05 CV 1167, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Ohio – Represented National Equity Title Agency Inc., dba, NETCO. Case concerned an alleged mortgage fraud scheme involving several hundreds of loans. NETCO acted as title and escrow agent on approximately 100 of those loans. Suit alleged damages that was presented to Defendants initially as being approximately $27 Million.

Flagstar Bank vs. NETCO Title, Inc., Case No. 1211-CC01118, Circuit Court of St. Charles County, Missouri. Allegations are of irregularities and/or mistakes and omissions during the closing process of real estate mortgage loans. Suit alleges damages of Two Million Dollars.

National Notary Association Corp. vs. National Equity Settlement Services, Inc., dba National Notary Assurance, Case No. CV 08-1639-PHX-FJM, United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Case involved the alleged infringement of trademark rights.

Eastland Woods, LLC vs. Summit County Fiscal Officer, Case No. CV-2009-11-8519, Summit County Court of Common Pleas. Successfully represented Eastland Woods, LLC in reaching a judicial determination for a substantial reduction in real estate taxes.

Old Republic National Title Insurance Company vs. National Equity Title Agency, dba, NETCO, Case No. 08SL-CC05047, Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri. Suit involved the termination and contractual rights, obligations and administration of thousands of title insurance claims over the course of the agency relationship between an underwriter and a title insurance agent.

Janet C. Stalvey, et al. vs. American Bank Holdings, Inc. et al., Case No. 4:12 CV 527-TLW, United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Florence Division. Matter is a Class Action lawsuit dealing with mortgage loans, their formation, the closing process and the various charges that were charged to consumers for various services during the process.
